Accommodation
This boat has a nice wide beam that makes the accommodation spacious and airy.
It is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your time with family & friends.
Access is either through the good sized swim platform via the transom door or from port or starboard directly into the cockpit area which has the helm located to starboard, and wraparound seating to port, with a removable table.
The adjustable back rest allows you to alter the seating arrangement to suit and there is extra seating on the aft bench seat.
The walk through centre screen provides access to the front deck & bow area.
Entering the cabin, the large double vee berth is forward, the dinette which converts into the second double is to starboard and the third double is located to aft.
The galley is to port and includes a stainless steel sink with pressurised hot/cold water, twin hob, refrigerator and microwave. There is ample storage.
This boat originated from the US and so has 110v shore power which is changed to 240v with a transformer for use in Ireland.
The heads include a Jabsco toilet, sink, shower and again hot/cold pressurised water.
Central heating/air conditioning give extra comfort.
The fixtures and fittings/furnishings are in 'as new condition' - the boat is ready to go, you'd just need to turn the key.
